Rick manages most of the agency's large commercial accounts which include the technology industry, the media industry, trucking companies, farms, yacht clubs, and main street businesses in general. Rick's expertise lies in his ability to find the best company (or combination of companies) that fits your insurance needs.

Jeff Boufford, CIC
Jeff joined Boyd & Boufford, formerly Beard & Boyd, Insurance Agency, LLC after working for Watson Insurance Agency in Manchester, NH for nearly 10 years. Jeff's background is commercial risks of all sizes and types. During his employment at Watson, Jeff's concentration was general contractors, trade contractors, restaurants, transportation and trucking. Jeff's primary responsibility and focus at Beard & Boyd is growth and development, client service, evaluating risk and assisting clients at time of loss. Jeff is involved in the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce and the New Hampshire and Maine Self Storage Associations. Jeff also volunteers at Neighborworks Greater Manchester in Manchester, NH.

Amy Kate Dallaire
Amy Kate Dallaire joined Boyd & Boufford Insurance Agency, LLC in July of 2011. She has a strong background in management, specializing in small business. As agency manager, Amy Kate plays a vital role in controlling the direction in which almost every customer inquiry is handled. If it's a request involving billing, claims, certificates of insurance or a home & auto quote, Amy Kate is the person that you want to talk to. She also assists agency principal, Rick Boyd, with the overall operation of the agency. Amy Kate gives every transaction that takes place in the office direction, and she will play an integral role in leading our organization into the future with a focus on customer service and organizational efficiency. We are excited to have her onboard as we continue to increase our range of products and services to meet our customers' needs. Donna Peirce:
Donna has been in the insurance industry for 17 years and has worked primarily as a commercial lines account manager. She writes commercial accounts that range in size from large fuel oil dealers down to small Main Street retail shops. Although contractors occupy a lot of her time, Donna has mastered most of the nuances of commercial general liability, property, auto, workers compensation and bonds for all types of businesses. With 24 companies to choose from, Donna will be able to match the needs of our customers with the best products available in today's insurance market.

Bridget Nicholas:
Bridget has over 7 years experience in the insurance industry. Her job focus is primarily personal lines, including insurance for homes, automobilies, recreational vehicles, secondary dwellings and rental properties. She also helps Annie Colby write workers compensation insurance and various types of bonds, including probate bonds, surety bonds and contractors' bonds. Bridget will also lend Rick Boyd a hand in writing farm policies. I guess we could say that Bridget's expertise spans a number of different insurance markets. She is a master of all.
